The Climate Miracle

Some good news on a bad news day

It looks like Joe Manchin (with under-publicized help from every Republican in Washington) has decided the United States shouldn’t pass a climate bill. I have nothing uplifting to say about that, but it seemed like a good moment to post my Canary column about a miracle tree that can help feed the world without frying the world. It’s a fun story, and the depressing climate news doesn’t come until the end.
